Our contribution
Recom regularly engage with Disability Employment Services (DES) that helps people with a disability, injury or health condition (including anxiety and depression) find and keep employment. Our goal is to find employment solutions that work for our DES participants, their needs, skills and experience. Recom work with DES to develop an individually tailored cleaning program to assist the employment of people living with a disability. Our contribution
Recom also work with The Salvation Army Employment Plus program to assist those in the community that are disadvantaged to develop employment skills and secure employment. Through this program we have facilitated Aslyum Seekers in securing secure employment and job skills with Recom. |

Through AHWB we have employed people with autism since 2016 and seek to carry out their mission by following the Autism Friendly Place (AFP) program. This involves training our work environments on what autism means and what the business can do to be “Autism Friendly.” With the support of AHWB, Recom has assisted with the training and development of employed people with autism by ensuring that training:
